Chalk Line is happy to accept returns. We will do our best to accommodate size exchanges and refunds. All requests for returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
International orders shipping to customers outside of the U.S. are not eligible for exchanges. You may return your items, provided they meet our return requirements, and place a new order. This is due to taxes and duties imposed by countries outside the U.S. Thank you for your understanding.
If your order is eligible for a return/exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when received (unworn and unwashed). The item(s) must have their tags attached and also be in the original packaging. For any further questions regarding your return, please contact us.
We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
In order to expedite the return process, we will require your original order number.
We will provide a refund to the payment method used during checkout within 1-3 business days of processing the return. If you are exchanging an item, we will process and ship the new item within 2-5 business days of our processing of the exchange.
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.

"Love this hoodie! I was struggling with paying $90 for a hoodie. . buuuuut this is art. I love the screen printing process that makes it look “worn. ” I love the look of the acid wash look of the fabric. It’s nice and feels weighted which l love. Only “complaint” is the fabric inside isn’t the softest and it’s not much of a lounge and be comfy hoodie. Overall, badass and I love it."
