Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Chalk Line is happy to accept returns. We will do our best to accommodate size exchanges and refunds. All requests for returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order is eligible for a return/exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when received (unworn and unwashed). The item(s) must have their tags attached and also be in the original packaging. For any further questions regarding your return, please contact us.

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

In order to expedite the return process, we will require your original order number.

INITIATE A RETURN HERE

We will provide a refund to the payment method used during checkout within 1-3 business days of our receiving of the return. If you are exchanging an item, we will process and ship the new item within 2-5 business days of our receiving of the exchange. 

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns of Chalk Line items purchased from third-party retailers (Amazon, Fanatics, etc.). Please contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.
